The ideal candidate should have the ability to provide protective oversight and the ability to provide resident care based off the resident's individual care plan. Reviews medication administration records (MAR) and administers medications to the right client, right dose, right time, right medication, and right route. The ability to comply with company policies and procedures and state regulations in accordance with medication administration.Job Requirements:QMAP CertificationCPR & First Aid CertificationProof of Covid Vaccination (not required, will be required to fill out an exemption)Proof of Flu VaccinationProof of current Tuberculosis Test (within a year), company will provide one if neededDrug Test ScreeningSSN CardMust be dependable and capable of pleasantly and tactfully communicating with clients, family staff and other agencies.
