Job Description:

Join our team at Truck Parking Club, where we're revolutionizing the trucking industry by providing safe and convenient parking solutions nationwide. We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Property Specialist to help us expand our network of parking locations. As a Property Specialist, you'll play a vital role in reaching out to potential property members, guiding them through the process of listing their spaces on our platform, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate Potential Properties: Assess properties for suitability, considering factors like condition, location, and amenities.


- Explain Program Details: Clearly communicate the benefits of joining Truck Parking Club and guide property owners through the listing process.


- Craft Compelling Listings: Create visually appealing property listings with accurate descriptions and photos.


- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for new property members.


- Conduct Outbound Sales Calls: Connect with potential property owners, showcasing how Truck Parking Club can help them monetize underutilized space.


- Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust with property owners through effective communication and prompt resolution of any issues.


- Meet Activity Metrics: Maintain high standards of productivity, including response times, call volume, and new property additions.


- Achieve Monthly Targets: Drive growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly property acquisition goals.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage all administrative duties related to property listings and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in property evaluation, real estate, or a related field. Sales or customer service experience preferred.


- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.


- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to reach mutually beneficial agreements.


- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.


- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, especially when creating listings.


- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM systems like HubSpot.


- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.


- Tenacity: Demonstrated resilience and ability to overcome challenges.


- Emotional Intelligence: Empathetic understanding of property owners' needs.


- Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


- Transportation Experience: Knowledge of transportation and logistics is a plus.
