• Developing customer relationships and providing 5-star service• Meeting sales goals and metrics• Showing units to customers and renting self-storage spaces• Managing the leasing process and accepting payments• Processing invoices and managing expense budget• Maintaining a clean and safe storage facility

• Positive and outgoing personality• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service• Basic computer skills• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation• Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting
