Responsibilities
• Schedule activities and identify resources• Develop and implement site logistics plan• Coordinate construction activities, shutdowns, testing, and inspections• Lead equipment use and maintenance coordination• Manage relations with subcontractors, vendors, and owner• Develop project safety plans and initiatives• Participate in project budget and cost control• Contribute to project start-up and close-out• Manage quality assurance and punch list items• Mentor and coach direct reports
Requirements
• Significant water/wastewater and/or concrete experience• Experience managing projects from $15M to $50M• Leadership of field operations• Strong project safety execution• Collaborative and problem-solving mindset
