Job Description Project Manager
We are actively looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects safely, on-time and on budget. As the Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of project scheduling with direct input from the engineering, supply chain, drafting and manufacturing departments. You will also be the point of contact for customer and clients while administrating contracts in collaboration with other departments including sales and service. Job Type: Full Time, On-site
Responsibilities for the Project Manager: Managing projects from start to delivery by providing quality products on-time, while effectively communicate challenges and questions to various departments Showing a wide degree of creativity and latitude Oversees purchasing concepts, practices, and procedures Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects and monthly shipment forecasts Responsible for meeting on-time shipment metrics Implementation of a culture of excellence based on continuous improvement Develop project schedules and ensure strict adherence to the timelines and quality expectations Collect and organize all information related to project including proposal files, order entry information, correspondence, quality control, installation and commissioning reports and share results Support value engineering efforts without diluting quality or foregoing customer specification Drive LEAN manufacturing processes to optimize project delivery and quality Requirements of the Project Manager: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in related fields Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Business or related fields PMP certification is preferred Working understanding of general engineering and manufacturing theories Familiarity with principles of heat transfer, combustion, and wastewater treatment Exceptional verbal/written, organizational and client engagement skills
