We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager for our Laboratory Services program, in Billerica, MA. The Project Manager will provide critical coordination of client projects to ensure deliverables not only meet but exceed client expectations. The Project Manager will work closely with Laboratory Services leadership to organize, collect, and prepare information and data for the program and be a primary point of contact to the Accelerator commercial team for client/project logistical needs.
What You'll Do: Participate in customer meetings with Accelerator lab commercial team and project leaders.Support client meetings and teleconference callsMaintain meeting minutes for projectsWork with senior project managers and commercial team to determine testing capabilities for incoming projects and create Statements of WorkWork with testing operations team to coordinate execution of projects, including ordering of materials, scheduling of tasks and preparing reportsMaintain accurate and up to date information and data to assist Accelerator leadership in preparation of performance and quality metricsBasic Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in life science or laboratory settingBachelor's degree requiredPreferred Qualifications: Project management experienceDegree in Biochemistry or biology, or related area preferredStrong organizational skills and the ability to rapidly learn new scientific conceptsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are in process and must be completed in a timely manner under minimal supervisionThrive in a highly dynamic, team oriented environment with ability to multi-task and manage fluid prioritiesDriven to provide superior customer service to internal and external clientsCommunicate and interact professionally with clients and company staffSelf-guided, motivated, and possesses a strong sense of initiativeKeen attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating ProceduresEffectively curate metric data and prepare summary information for program and senior managementExcellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient use of computer and Microsoft software programsExperience with Salesforce, ERP, and project management software Why You'll Like Working For Us: Our Technology:?Quanterix' technology is designed to enable much earlier disease detection, better prognoses and enhanced treatment methods to improve the quality of life and longevity of the population for generations to come.
