Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
* Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
* Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
* Implement and enforce project safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
* Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred not required)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
* Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* PMP certification (preferred).
