CLEARANCE TS/SCI W/ Full Scope Poly (existing clearance required to start) LOCATION Chantilly, VA OVERVIEW The Project Integrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of all administrative, financial, and operational aspects for a rapidly expanding executive team. This individual will provide specialized front-office program management support to ensure effective daily business operations.
Managing and overseeing the logistics of the executive team's daily activities, including scheduling presentations and coordinating meetings. Facilitating information flow in and out of the executive team to ensure efficient communication within the broader organization. Assisting in the preparation and dissemination of communications and helping executive team members prioritize business strategies and decisions. Managing all aspects of the planning process, including scheduling discussions, collaborating with subject-matter experts, and documenting key outputs. Serving as a liaison between the executive team, workforce, and other leaders for project updates, proposals, and planning. Assisting with organizational and managerial administrative responsibilities and overseeing daily operations in collaboration with senior leaders. Building and developing relationships to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness. Defining new operational strategies and supporting the executive team on special projects. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, or a similar field. Proven experience in business or executive support roles. Demonstrated ability to enhance productivity and process management. Proven track record in project coordination and inter-departmental communication. Experience with Oracle Primavera for resource administration, charge code setup, reporting, and resource management. DESIRED Familiarity with the Sponsor's onboarding process, including account setup, security briefings, and team assignment.
