Summary
The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Management team, and provides basic customer service, organization, inside support, preparation of standard reporting, tracking all orders to ensure they are current and in good standing.

Minimum Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook Functional and working knowledge of computers Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Effective time management and organizational skills Detail oriented Good mathematical skills Effective communication skills both verbal and in writing Self-motivated and proactive with ability to multi-task Blue print reading and specification interpretation preferred Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience a plus Essential Functions
To assist the project team in ordering material in a timely manner in order to meet the construction schedule Communicates effectively with customers verbally and in writing Follow-up correspondence in writing (email primarily) Responsive to returning phone calls in a timely manner Communicate with factories, suppliers, and installation subcontractors and purchasing Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance Monitor orders and provide tracking for shipments along with warehouse coordination Coordinate project submittal process-product data sheets, samples, schedules, etc. Coordinate with Project Mangers to schedule resources on jobs up to three weeks out Facilitate time sheets and payroll entries for resources in the field Provide close-out documents as required Ability to resolve project issues quickly and e
