Summary:
Island Creek Associates, a professional services firm, is currently seeking a

Program/Project/Management

Analyst, Senior at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to

aircraft/weapon/project

acquisition and product programs.
Track program/project status and schedules.
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Required Education:
MA/MS Degree in Management, Business Management, or other relevant technical discipline with over 10 years of experience.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:

BA/BS Degree with an additional two (2) years of experience, AA/AS degree and an additional four (4) years of experience, or no degree and an additional six (6) years of experience.

Required Experience:
Over ten (10) years of combined experience performing the duties and responsibilities described above.

Desired Experience:
Over two (2) years' experience with the command, control, computers, communication, cyber intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) from any DoD Service.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Normal working hours are 8.5 hours for a standard day (including a 30-minute lunch break) and 9.5 hours for a CWS day (including a 30-minute lunch break), with core hours being 0830 to 1500 each Monday through Friday (except on the legal holidays specified in the basic contract). The contractor has the flexibility to start as early as 0600 and end as late as 1800 Monday through Friday.

Travel:
Some travel to other locations in support of program tasking may be required for this position.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

Authorization/Security

Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret or Top-Secret Level.

Ideal candidates will currently possess an Active DoD Top-Secret Clearance; however, candidates with US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance will be considered. Must be able to receive a Government Common Access Card (CAC), access Government systems, and receive a security clearance.
