Our programs bring people and ideas together to increase the innovation capabilities of individual educators, universities, institutions, districts, and communities. 
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing international programs and projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of international project management. This full-time Program Coordinator position will report directly to the Director of Programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Project Planning and Execution:
Support the development and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution. Stakeholder Management:
Identify and engage with key stakeholders at both national and international levels. Build and maintain relationships with project partners, collaborators, and donors. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans. Regularly assess project risks and propose strategies to minimize their impact on project objectives. Collaboration:
Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. Monitoring and Evaluation:
Establish and implement project monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and measure impact. Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables adhere to international standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance processes, including regular reviews, audits, and feedback loops. Perform other duties as assigned. 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, International Development, Business Administration). Master's degree preferred. Proven experience of 3+ years in working with international programs/projects, preferably in a non-profit or global organization. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficiency in project management software and Google Suite. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to travel internationally as required. Time/Compensation: The Program Coordinator is a temporary full-time hybrid salary position in Austin, Texas. Some early mornings, nights and weekend work is required. This position has a starting salary of $60K annually.
