Pay: $16.00/hr. Shift/Hours: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on with Alternating Weekends (aka 2,2,3) – 3 rd Shift 5:00 PM - 5:15 AM This is an onsite position in Sumner, WA. Description: Responsible for monitoring production processes; including operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance with high standards for safety and quality. Comply with all safety policies and procedures and demonstrate safe behaviors at all times. Understand and comply with quality systems and policies. Actively engaged in learning machine operations and apply learnings to perform work to standard. Complete changeovers and cleans, including line clearance & pre-checks, following standard work. Perform documentation and verification activities in all applicable systems to ensure timely release. Escalate line issues and opportunities, including initiation of Root Cause Corrective Action activities. During maintenance calls, remain at line to provide information, support, and use the event as a learning opportunity. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Prior machine operator/production experience Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift IMPORTANT: For this Production Technician position, you must use the "Apply with Adecco" button to submit your resume.
