In this key role, you will oversee the maintenance functions of your assigned branch, ensuring that quality, cost-effective services are delivered to clients.

Essential Job Functions:  Understand client needs through regular communication with Account Managers and Production Managers. 
Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet both client and company standards. 
Manage all lawn maintenance services, including coordination of materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors. 
Inspect properties before scheduled services, preparing action plans as necessary. 
Assist crews as needed to meet work demands. 
Enforce company policies related to safety, equipment upkeep, storage, and training. 
Focus on safety standards and maintain safety records. 
Manage required paperwork and Aspire entries. 
Requirements:  At least 1 year of experience as Crew Leader.
Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
