For the needs of our client based in Florida - Agile Pro Solutions (APS) is looking for a talented 'Production Manager ' for a construction company.
One of the most established, successful and fastest growing constriction company in Florida is looking to expand their production team in Florida.
The ideal candidate will operate with the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for a complete understanding of the job from available verbal and written information including blueprints, specifications, and bids
• Ensuring that each job site is visited daily by a company representative to monitor job progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and site security
• Creating schedules, orders materials and schedules subcontractors
• Conducting onboarding
• Responsible for job reports and maintaining job log for each active job
• Conducting regular project review meetings with the team
• Providing analytics and forecast for projects
• Responsible for punch list and job completion Financial / Cost Management Responsibilities :
• Identifying cost concerns in the estimating phase
• Tracking actual costs against estimates and coordinating with sales and accounting
• Approving payment invoices Supervision Responsibilities :
• Ensuring compliance with all company rules, policies, and agreements
• Supervising field staff and subcontractors
• Evaluating quality at each production step
• Documenting company procedures and training employees and subcontractors Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in managing residential remodelling projects
• Hands-on experience in residential construction projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experiential knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques, systems, and building codes
