Job Description: Production Associate
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production processes' smooth and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components and housing units in accordance with work instructions and engineering. Perform visual inspection of units for proper assembly, solder problems, and missing, reversed, or damaged components. May also perform a lot of sample inspections of finished products. Perform manual and automated tests on sub-assemblies and units as required in a test procedure Verify component and quantity accuracy of material used for work function being performed. Perform various tasks in the production line, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and quality control. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects or deviations from specifications. Document production activities, including production counts, equipment usage, and any issues or concerns that arise. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software and systems.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
