Process Manager

Two (2) Positions Contingent upon contract award. Position Locations: Panama City, FL. and NSEOD Eglin AFB, FL. First Division Consulting is seeking two (2) qualified process managers to support (1) the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Panama City, FL. and (1) Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NSEOD, Eglin AFB, FL) to provide support services to the EOD Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program.
The candidate shall:
Lead data collection efforts. Develop plans to execute RRL process outcomes. Develop official memorandums, letters and instructions, in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual. Develop EOD specific RRL process forms, worksheets, workbooks, briefs. Prepare and brief RRL process status reports. Requirements Minimum of two (2) years of NETC training process experience and minimum two (2) years of experience in training, facilities, and organizational structure of NAVSCOLEOD, NDSTC, or CEODD. Knowledgeable of NAVEDTRAs 130B, 131B, 133A, 134A, 135D, 136, 137A, 138, and 140B, and USFFC Ready Relevant Learning Sailor 2025 process manual. Two (2) years of experience working with NSEOD, CEODD or NETC Learning Center staff. Qualified US Navy Master EOD Technician or EOD Officer for NAVSCOLEOD Position. Qualified US Navy Master Diver, Diving Officer, or EOD Officer for NDSTC Position. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
