Job summary
Process Lead role in the Cans Plant Operations team at RMMC plant in Golden, ColoradoShared responsibility for the performance of an area, working closely with brewery managementDeveloping operating teams' capability and technical understanding of process control
Responsibilities
• Owns Centerline Management System for the line(s)/department, including data analysis and coaching• Trains and coaches others on problem solving tools, changeovers, and centerline execution• Identifies top 3 stops and root causes during Daily Direction Setting meetings• Responsible for escalation of systemic/strategic issues and recommendations
Requirements
• Proven track record in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment• Experience in driving World Class Supply Initiatives• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Science or Business OR equivalent experience• Previous coaching experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging optimization
