Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.As a Process Improvement Manager, your role is pivotal in enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and optimizing workflows across our data solution offerings. Let's delve into the specifics of your responsibilities:Please note that the working hours will be (10:00 PM IST to 7 AM IST), and this will be a WFM position with night allowances.Comprehensive Work Study:Analyze Work Processes: Dive deep into the intricacies of work processes across various projects & break down individual components.Conduct Time & Motion Studies: Document, observe, and measure tasks and workflows.Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Pinpoint bottlenecks, redundancies, unnecessary steps, and other areas for improvement.Throughput Analysis:Client-Specific Insights: Review Guidelines & study throughput patterns for all our clients to determine target throughputs.Evaluate Workloads: Understand variations in tasks & the reason for them.Recommend Tailored Solutions: Propose enhancements to optimize client-specific throughputs.Process Optimization:Lean & Six Sigma Methodology: Apply Lean principles and Six Sigma tools to understand, document, and improve the workflows.Standardize Work Methods: Develop and validate time standards for different types of projects. Roll out standardized work models.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, annotators, quality managers, talent, and project managers.Continuous Improvement Culture:Mentor and Train: Share expertise & provide training on updated processes.Monitor Impact: Assess the effectiveness of process enhancements.Drive Efficiency: Foster a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.Certification: Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Experience:Proven track record in conducting time-and-motion studies, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to mentor and train team members effectively.
