Process Assistant

DESCRIPTION The Process Assistant (PA) reports to the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas.
Key Job Elements:
• Support and work in the department as required
• Help support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers
• Provide policy follow-up and attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
• Track and report Associate labor hours
• Assist the floor as an associate resource, train associates and verify Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance
• Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and providing feedback on associate performance
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
• Fill-in as needed with production duties
• Fully understand workflow and daily production goals
• Review and update SOPs as required
• Assist with keeping work areas clean and organized
• Identify and address safety hazards within the work area
• Coach associates to work safely at all times
• Participate in safety initiatives
• Refer all job injuries immediately to area manager

Breingsville, PA, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - -Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- -Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- -Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
