The Work You'll Do:  As a Principal Representative, you will deliver exceptional Unclaimed Property services to our large and complex clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data imports and reconciliation, managing regulatory deadlines, and resolving complex issues. With your robust project management skills and extensive experience in client services, accounting, and reconciliation, you will serve as a collaborative and consultative partner to our clients. 
More specifically you will:  Dedicated lead on assigned accounts (20-25), ensuring compliance with applicable state unclaimed property laws and responsible for annual unclaimed property reporting.
Additional unclaimed property responsibilities include managing extensions, reviewing penalty and interest waiver requests, handling supplemental filings, and answering inquiries from state unclaimed property administrators.
Maintain communication with clients and team members to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and lead change efforts.
Lead client meetings and develop client timelines and schedules associated with project deliverables. 
Manage the flow of day-to-day tasks and questions.
Create and distribute reports to direct manager on progress.
Deliver client services utilizing unclaimed property software.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues by coordinating with appropriate internal departments for timely responses and solutions.
Maintain goals and key measures to ensure progress and alignment with desired business outcomes for clients.
Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities.
Foster continuous improvement efforts by offering ideas and feedback to generate new and innovative ideas for ongoing company improvements and enhancements.
Develop reusable documentation and training materials. Lead training sessions. 
What We Need From You: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience 
4+ years of experience in a client support / services capacity 
3+ years of experience in Unclaimed Property, regulatory filings and/or related experience in professional accounting firm. 
Excellent time management, decision making, and organizational skills 
Detail oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills 
Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
