Responsibilities
• Manage the development and coordination of Explore Energy seminars and field trips• Provide professional planning, administrative, and operational support• Coordinate with resident leaders and co-sponsors of activities• Facilitate and organize meetings, workshops, and events• Manage logistics, reservations, and materials• Support sponsor visits and events• Calendar planning and management• Process travel reimbursements and financial transactions• Contribute to report preparation and website content• Greet and assist visitors
Requirements
• High school diploma and four years of administrative experience• Advanced computer skills• Strong organizational and communication skills• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and assign work• Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative• Knowledge of Stanford University systems and policies (preferred)• Experience planning and coordinating events (preferred)
