Valiant Solutions is seeking multiple PMO Analysts to join our rapidly growing and innovative cybersecurity team for an opportuity in Suitland, MD ! As a PMO Analyst , you will lead and contribute to technical projects and assist the Quality Assurance team in maintaining quality standards. You will manage stakeholder communications on technical projects and provide liaison services for status updates from technical resources. The PMO Analyst tracks task backlogs and status and ensures quality compliance is carried out in accordance with contract performance requirements and established customer standards. If you are interested in learning more about Valiant and this opportunity, we invite you to apply now!  Required Experience: Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Suitland, MD 6+ years of related experience experience  Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, related degree or an additional two (2) years of relevant experience.  Prior experience in an IT Support environment (hardware, software, cloud), ideally a cybersecurity environment Experience and knowledge to initiate, establish, and maintain methods for controlling the quality and integrity of all systems, processes, and procedures Experience analyzing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions. Experience developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation. Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and track within transparent task management tools Experience maintaining risk management plans. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven atmosphere
Strong ability to converse with technical and general audiences Responsibilities: Provide support to all IT customers and develop and maintain all performance dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to the project team. Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements. Maintain all work according to program office procedures and policies. Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies. Work closely with technical staff to obtain technical information needed without causing delays in technical support. Assist in closure for all projects and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with the project team and maintain a record of all IT governance meetings. Maintain all management agreements and prepare reports. Review and monitor all IT programs for program performance and perform regular corporate audits and prepare reports for same. Perform regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis. Assists in preventive measures and promotes and implements improvement programs. Plans and assesses project audit results and analyses of non-conformities Communicates regularly with numerous stakeholders, both Government and contractor, through regular and ad-hoc meetings Ability to interact with all levels of personnel Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing and multiple priorities Energetic and forward-thinking with high ethical standards A team player, trustworthy, and willing to share information Able to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships About Valiant Solutions Valiant Solutions is a security-focused IT solutions provider with public clients nationwide.
