Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing needs.• Educate and help customers make informed buying decisions.• Provide exceptional customer service.• Maintain company core values in work environment.• Teach and motivate helpers, peers, and fellow technicians.
Requirements
• Clean drains and install pipes and fixtures.• Assemble fittings and valves for successful installation.• Make modifications as needed.• Work in a timely manner and ensure job is done correctly.• Choose plumbing materials based on budget and location.• Follow written and verbal directions.• Provide excellent customer service.• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in vehicle.• Organize and document equipment for each scheduled job.• Communicate effectively with customers.• Pay attention to detail and document work on units.• Undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening.
