3PL Logistics Location Miami Gardens, FL : Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services, overseeing fleet operations, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Qualifications · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Track record of successful sales in the 3PL or logistics industry
· Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing
· Strong email, phone, and face-to-face communication skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Excel and WMS software
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Experience working for a 3PL
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Bilingual Spanish and English
Responsibilities · Identify and target prospective clients in need of logistics and warehousing services
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business
· Function as the intermediary between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
· Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
· Ensure the movement of your customer's goods are efficient and accurate from beginning to end
