Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! In this role, you will provide crucial support to our attorneys in handling personal injury cases. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $60,000-$70,000/year!Responsibilities: Review and analyze medical records for case preparation.
Assist attorneys and maintain client communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in personal injury or related areas preferred.
Type, format, and edit legal documents.
Organize and manage documents using electronic filing systems.
Support litigation processes and document production.
Perform administrative tasks and calendar hearings.
Prepare trial materials and e-file court documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, court, and counsel.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements/Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Prior experience in personal injury or related areas preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred.
