Responsibilities
• Assign reviewers in accordance with Dane Street's regulatory state guide• Understand referral types and assign reviewers of appropriate specialty and state license• Ensure timely return of cases by reviewers to meet deadlines• Send reminder emails to reviewers• Communicate changes and delays to clients• Complete other duties and special projects assigned• Maintain exceptional communication skills and understanding of company business lines• Apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines• Possess computer literacy and typing skills• Have working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties, and terminology
Requirements
• Prefer Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree• Prefer business experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting• Excellent negotiation, communication, and critical thinking skills• Knowledge of relevant state and federal compliance guidelines• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential• Long periods of sitting and computer work
