• Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses• Devise creative, effective team-based treatment plans• Follow physician's orders• Combine evidence-based physical therapy practice philosophies• Motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility
Requirements
• Must have valid WA PT license in good standing• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
