Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans• Implement and modify treatment plans to improve patient mobility and health• Provide patient education on exercises and techniques• Monitor and document patient progress• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulations• Participate in quality improvement initiatives• Attend relevant trainings• Supervise and train physical therapy assistants or aides as needed
Requirements
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy• Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist• Experience preferred but not required• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and interventions• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
