Perfect Binder Operator / Saddle Stitch Operator

Progress Printing Company is seeking candidates to fill vacancies for a Perfect Binder Operator and Saddle Stitch Operator.
We operate Muller Martini and Heidelberg perfect binders and Muller Martini saddle binders. Ideal candidates for Machine Operators must be capable and proficient performing the set-up, maintenance and operation of the binding machines. The perfect candidate should meet production and quality standards, and be able to interpret instructions from job tickets. Additionally, candidates should have the ability to direct a crew, mentor and teach perfect/saddle binder skills, and work as a team. Interested applicants should share a willingness to serve a cross-functional role throughout the production area as needed.
We are looking for high school graduates with good math skills and excellent mechanical skills.
