In this role the Pediatric Nurse Manager will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Director of Women and Children Services to spread their expertise while continuing to elevate the overall quality of care. The Pediatric Nurse Manager will be supported by a variety of colleagues ranging from an Assistant Nurse Manager of Pediatric ICU and two Acute Pediatric Charge Nurses on their mission to promote quality care.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pediatric Nurse Manager to lead a well-run department that takes pride in creating a home-like environment for their young patients. With a 20 bed pediatric unit and a 6 bed PICU the pediatrics unit provides a home-like experience for children and parents. The Pediatric Nurse Manager will work alongside fantastic pediatric physicians and other pediatric nurses that are well versed in a variety of specialties including intensive care, orthopedics, and medical surgical.
This Pediatric Nurse Manager will have the prospect of influencing the next generation of Pediatric RN's while engaging with some of the best pediatrician's on the west coast.
