We are looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, confident in their work, and able to manage their tasks independently. This person will be managing high-level clients and must maintain positivity and professionalism!
Overview of Daily Tasks: Perform Basic truck diagnostics and basic maintenance on vehicles
Dispatch Coordination
Maintain fleet schedules, admin sheets, and datasheets
Conducting coaching for skill development
Ensuring daily jobs are executed smoothly.
Ensuring data entry is accurate, timely, and communicated to necessary parties across all platforms.
Track data to forecast production needs and operational performance
Coordinate logistics related to the transportation of people, materials, tools, consumables, and equipment to the job site, including the scheduling of jobs.
Forecast labor needs and execute on Dispatch strategies.
Drive efficiency improvements across all operations to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
Ability to adapt to changing resource and crew requirements
Ensure adherence to quality standards in all operational processes
Support employee development and training according to company standards.
Uphold the PDX Movers brand and embody company values.
Address additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the business.
