Responsibilities
• Assist with employee transfers, position changes, and location updates• Update direct deposit information and upload employee documents• Maintain employee records in HRIS• Prepare and mail payroll correspondence• Communicate with other departments regarding status changes• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and taxes• Distribute and mail physical payroll checks• Support HR projects and initiatives• Perform any other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Experience in HR or Payroll preferred• Experience in the health care field preferred
