We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Healthcare Coordinators. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with nurses, team members, vendors, and outside agencies to ensure coordinated care.
Facilitate communication with members to enhance their health outcomes through follow-ups and necessary tests.
Manage administrative tasks including checking voicemail, fax, and email daily.
Retrieve and organize PDF copies of lab results from various sources, attaching them to member records or distributing them to the team.
Maintain excel spreadsheets to support departmental needs such as ID badge tracking, computer orders, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with a medical background and familiarity with medical terminology (e.g., Medical Assistants, CNAs, Technicians) are preferred.
