Patient Driver at Providence Seaside Hospital (On-Call and Day shift) Provide transportation, companionship, and assistance to program-eligible clients. This includes transportation within Clatsop County, as well as driving clients to Portland or Longview medical appointments as necessary. Back up the Volunteer Coordinator in the Volunteer Services office as needed.

Required qualifications: Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
