Part-Time Marketing Admin

Part-time Administrative Assistant for Award-Winning distribution company located in Northbrook. Between 20-30 hours per week onsite to support the Marketing team with inventory, shipping, calendaring, managing deadlines and meeting coordination. Duties also include supporting leadership with travel arrangements and expenses. This role will spend some time in the mail room preparing items for shipments to different locations. Pays up to $24/hr, great work life balance and benefits after 60 days. Immediate interviews!
Job Requirements:
Between 2-3 years of corporate Administrative office support
Proficient in MS Office, able to organize inventory, and work independently
Ability to push carts and pack up items for shipment to different locations
High attention to detail and be able to work in the office
Job Duties:
Administrative support, overseeing promotional inventory and organizing materials
Meeting scheduling, invoicing, travel arrangements
Pack up and ship out materials
