Responsibilities
• Lead and provide guidance to merchandising team members• Assist manager with daily operational planning• Oversee special or ongoing process improvement projects• Ensure team members are compliant with policies and procedures• Assist with departmental zoning and recovery process• Participate in floor walks with higher-level management• Process firearm sales in compliance with federal and state law• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules• Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred• At least 2 years of relevant work experience• Excellent customer service orientation• Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents• Working knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions
