Responsibilities
• Complete daily processing and organization of damages, testers, and known theft product• Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are completed in a timely manner• Review visual elements in the store and communicate missing or damaged pieces• Maintain and clean the stockroom and sales floor areas• Participate in expert training sessions to expand knowledge of brands• Share knowledge with and learn from the team• Demonstrate Sephora values in all actions• Prioritize client service and work effectively with people• Multitask and utilize computer/store systems• React to situations and adapt to changing priorities• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays• Adhere to dress code and company policies• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch, and apply cosmetics products
Requirements
• Prior equivalent work experience in operations preferred• Passion for client service and working with people• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask• Resilience and ability to react to situations• Flexible availability for varying work hours• Consistent and reliable attendance• Ability to lift, bend/stretch, and work in fragrance-filled environment• Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies
