Job Description:
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting various operational functions within the company. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Assist in the management of daily operations, including coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and handling logistical tasks.2. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.4. Analyze data and prepare reports to track key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.5. Participate in strategic planning discussions and provide input on operational strategies to drive business growth.6. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.7. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role.3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.6. Hardworking and motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.8. Strong cooperation and adaptability skills to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
