• Prepare and audit customer and vendor invoices• Recommend modifications or develop new procedures• Review and analyze revenue streams• Interface with Operations, departments, and customers• Support assigned accounts and process weekly invoices• Pull reports, create invoices, and audit data
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred• 1+ years of experience in transportation or logistics finance/accounting• Excellent verbal communication and training skills• Ability to learn various software systems• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
