Position: Operating Room Nurse
Location: Bricktown, NJ
Job Summary: As a Surgical Nurse in our operating room, you will be primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures. This includes ensuring appropriate documentation reflects assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical intervention, and evaluation of patients' responses to treatments. Additionally, you will be responsible for assigning and evaluating the work of non-nursing direct care providers assigned to the operating room.
Required Skills & Experience: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Preferred Skills & Experience: N/A
