Job Description:

Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Office Manager based in Seattle, Washington. This part-time entry-level position will be responsible for managing various online office tasks to support our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:- Managing online calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings- Handling email correspondence, filtering important messages, and responding to inquiries- Maintaining online databases and keeping track of important information- Assisting with online document management, file organization, and data entry- Monitoring and updating social media accounts and online communication platforms- Providing online support to team members and clients as needed- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth online operations

Requirements:- No prior experience required- Must be resilient and motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills- Proficiency with online tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- High attention to detail and accuracy in online work
