Role: SharePoint Online Developer (Migration Experience Mandatory ) Job Description: SharePoint Online developer with 10+ years of experience working in SPO. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React, and Power Platform. You will also have exposure to Office add-in development using Office.js and other web technologies. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React, and Power Platform Create custom web parts, extensions, and applications using modern web development frameworks and tools Integrate SharePoint Online solutions with other Office 365 services and external data sources Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online development and performance Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and end-users to deliver high-quality solutions Follow best practices and standards for SharePoint Online development and security Document and maintain SharePoint Online solutions and code Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3 to 5 years of experience working in SharePoint Online development Proficient in SPFx, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Exposure to Office add-in development using Office.js and other web technologies Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and administration Familiar with SharePoint Online REST API, Graph API, and PnP Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Exposure to office addin development is a plus Ability to identify and prioritize the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements. Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions. Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
