Job Description:
Nextdoor is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account management, technical support, and issue resolution- Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and efficient support to customers- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Requirements:- Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong dedication to providing excellent customer service- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience working in a customer support role is preferred
