Job Description:
Sanmina is seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the customer support industry. In this entry-level role, the Online Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various online platforms, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively- Work independently to address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Independent and resilient mindset to handle challenging situations- Ability to think creatively and strategically to address customer needs- Prior experience with online customer support is a plus, but not required- Proficiency in using online platforms for communication and support- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
