Job Description:

CSX, an innovative online retail company based in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and possess strong cooperation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for online customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with any issues or inquiries they may have- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction with their online shopping experience- Monitor online feedback and reviews, and address any negative feedback in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve the online customer experience and maximize customer retention- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community through volunteer work and donations

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and motivated personality- Strong cooperation and presentation skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices
