PPG Industries is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist in Seattle, Washington, US. As an Online Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media channels.2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and exchanges.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.4. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
