Job Description:

Ashland is seeking a reliable and resilient Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to online customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.3.
