United States Steel is seeking a motivated and confident Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone- Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Conducting research to find solutions to client problems- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience in online customer support is a plus
