Job Description:
Assurant is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Officer in our Houston, Texas office. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers regarding inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions- Monitor chat queues and respond to customer queries promptly- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
Requirements:- Resourceful and energetic personality traits- Strong project management and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms- Experience in a similar customer service or support role is required
