Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:- Provide online account support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts- Assist customers with setting up and managing their online profiles, ensuring a seamless user experience- Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex account-related issues- Monitor account activities for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access- Provide recommendations for improving the online account platform based on customer feedback- Assist in testing new features and functionalities on the online account platform- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online account features and benefits to customers

Requirements:- Reliable and confident individual with excellent communication skills- Strong adaptability and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Basic knowledge of online account management systems is a plus- Must be detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
